There have been some users recently confused on how to login via web email and what their usernames are.  Your Username is similar to your email address only use a + sign instead of an @ sign.   It seems to be a common request of late.  My guess is that the @ sign method previously worked for a spell on the web and then stopped to work when the vendor’s updates occurred.  This seems to have impacted a small number of users who’ve not been following the instructions.

Please try that! Also know that if you’ve been trying an incorrect username and password over and over, you will be locked out for a period of 15 minutes by IP address.  So if that fits you, simply stop trying for at least 15 to 20 minutes, then try with the correct username and password using the aforementioned username example such as

johndoe+i-is.com if your email address was johndoe@i-is.com

If you are still having trouble, please utilize the Live Chat feature or open a web ticket from the Support or Client Portal page.  Note:  Each customer has a client portal account where you manage your billing matters.  That account is separate from your email/dialup or webhosting acccount.  It’s username is your email address.  The password can be requested if you do not know it and a link to reset will be sent to you.  Having access to your Client Portal provides you with a number of features, to include resetting your own passwords in many cases, getting access to web hosting control panels and more.  It also is the method by which you can open a web ticket, view open tickets, pay your bill, change your credit card information, determine your billing cycle and many other items.

Please also know that All Points does not provide telephone support.  We provide online support 24/7 for tickets and Live Chat.  (Live Chat can occasionally spill into tickets but is typically up 24/7).  If you find that the 24/7 online help is not enough to resolve your problem, we recommend contacting a computer support company to work with you to resolve your problem. For the Anchor Bay area, you might consider http://www.mikethecomputerguy.net who provides telephone support as well as onsite service to the area.  We regret that at this time, telephone call backs for web tickets are not possible.
